SmartAsset ranked 173 mid-size cities with populations over 100k people on 8 factors—change in median home values, monthly housing costs, income inequality, poverty rate, median household income, unemployment rate, uninsured rate, and average commute time.

 

Metro Denver featured 6 cities in the Top 25—Highlands Ranch at #5, Arvada at #7, Centennial at #8, Westminster at #17, Lakewood at #18, and Thornton at #22.
