- Use of inexpensive, readily available steroid drugs to treat people hospitalized with Covid-19 reduced the risk of death by one-third, according to an analysis encompassing seven different clinical trials conducted by the World Health Organization and published Wednesday in the Journal of the American Medical Association.
- Several months ago, Dr. Mike Roizen who founded and heads the wellness center at the Cleveland Clinic began to tell me about an innovative new technology called far-UVC being developed by a company called Healthe. He is on their scientific advisory board. Essentially, it uses a specific wavelength of ultraviolet light to kill microorganisms without hurting humans.
The UV lighting could be a HUGE game-changer for businesses, schools, airports, restaurants, sports arenas, concert houses, etc as the UV lighting could be set up to be used by hundreds or thousands or people as they walk through the doors killing the virus and other diseases on contact with no danger to us.
Thus, the FEAR that we live under could be wiped out and the "Fear Premium" paid for bonds could evaporate very quickly and thus mortgage rates could rise substantially very very fast. Remember the bond market loves bad news and hates good news.
