Last week I saw a graph that showed the number of Americans 65+ and how this number dramatically increased beginning in 2009 when we had about 37 million Americans that were 65+. Now we have about 53 million people 65 years old or older. WOW! That's an increase of 16 million "old" people. LOL.

 In the past homeowners began selling their homes in their early 70's to move to a retirement home. Today this doesn't happen until nearly 80. Thus, we have fewer homes for sale.
