This One Thing Will Determine Your Success

I believe one thing will determine my success and your success for the remainder of this year and next year. That one thing is your MINDSET. First, do you see opportunities or do you see obstacles? I believe FTHBs will be my key to success as they need my guidance and hand holding. Plus, renting SUCKS TODAY as rents are soaring and it’s incredibly difficult to rent a new place.

Second, do you still believe that buying a home is a good idea? If you don’t believe this your clients will sense this from you and most likely not buy a home with you. Owning a home has been the best long-term investment for Americans for a century and that is not changing as people still need a roof over their head and we have on average 4 million young adults needing housing every year until 2040. If home price appreciation slows down to our 50-year average of 6.5% that means a $500k home is still appreciating by $32k in the first year of homeownership. Name another asset that will provide that type of return while you get to use that asset/live in your home?
