What 3 Agents Are Seeing

I am starting to interview agents to ask for their “take” on our insane real estate market and what tips they might have. Here are my first three—
· Mandy Jury—She has experienced multiple offers on homes at all price points up to $1.5 million. She told me, “Can we as an industry list homes earlier in the week so we can have some time off on the weekends?
· Holly Vejrostek—She told me that networking is HUGE right now to get buyers under contract and she said this is even true with home builders. I AGREE 200%. I have found Agents who are very well known in our community, such as SMDRA Directors, are having greater success getting their buyers under contract. It also helps your clients immensely to have a local lender who is known by thousands of agents.
· Eva Burg—she told me that even her townhouse buyers are now getting into big bidding wars in south Jeffco and in the City of Littleton.
