Which Denver Metro County Saw the Most Appreciation?

According to Zillow the locales that experienced the highest rates of appreciation were primarily in Jefferson County with 2 more in Douglas County.

·        West Pleasant View in Golden saw the highest appreciation rate at 28%.

·        Next with 22% or higher appreciation rates were Edgewater, Wheat Ridge, Columbine, Conifer, Applewood, Arvada, and Morrison.

·        Not far behind were Lakewood, Evergreen, Golden, and Ken Caryl.

Why did Jefferson County lead the pack? Zillow said it’s because Jefferson County has the largest lot sizes in metro Denver and larger homes too and as I have been saying for many months buyers have been looking for 1 thing—SPACE—more space inside their home and more space outside their home.
